Parent/Guardian Conferences - Week of November 14

Parent/Guardian Conferences are the week of November 14th - 18th. During this week, students will have minimum days from 8:25 AM - 12:02 PM. Children will be provided with the option for what we like to call SNUNCH (breakfast snack/lunch)since they have recess/lunch for a 20 minute period.

• 8:25 a.m. INSTRUCTION BEGINS

• 9:55 - 10:15 a.m. RECESS/LUNCH 2nd - 3rd

• 10:15 - 10:35 a.m. RECESS/LUNCH K - 1st

• 12:02 p.m. SCHOOL DISMISSED

This opportunity to come together with your child’s teacher to discuss progress is an amazing opportunity to ensure your child’s success. It is an effective way to exchange valuable information about your child's progress.

*Please look for information from your child(ren)’s teacher to confirm your conference time(s). Families will be offered the choice of in-person or SBSD Zoom video conference. Families will need to decide on one format.

All parent(s)/guardian(s) who are coming to campus for an in-person conference must enter and exit through the front office and sign in and out. Once signed in, please go directly to your child’s classroom. When your conference ends, please go directly to the office to sign out before leaving campus. Thank you for your cooperation!
